Return Timeframes

You have 14 days from the date of service completion or product delivery to request a return or refund. For service bookings, the return period begins from the scheduled service date if cancelled before completion, or from the completion date if the service has been performed. All return requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: (1) The return request must be made within the specified return timeframe, (2) Services must not have been fully completed, or products must be in their original condition, (3) You must provide proof of purchase or booking confirmation, (4) The reason for return must comply with our return policy, and (5) Any custom or personalized services may not be eligible for return unless there is a service defect or error on our part.

Return Shipping Costs

For product returns, the cost of return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or incorrect item received. In cases where we are at fault, we will cover the return shipping costs. For service cancellations, no return shipping applies as services are not physical products. Any applicable refunds will be processed minus any non-refundable fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps: (1) Contact us at partnership@commodityretail.world or call +442890704004 within the return timeframe, (2) Provide your booking reference number or order details, (3) Explain the reason for your return request, (4) For product returns, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping address, (5) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within the specified timeframe. Please retain all documentation until your return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for return or refund: (1) Services that have been fully completed and delivered, (2) Custom or personalized services that have been specifically tailored to your requirements, (3) Services cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date (subject to cancellation fees), (4) Any services or products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or circumstances beyond our control, (5) Digital products or services that have been fully accessed or downloaded, and (6) Gift cards or promotional vouchers unless required by law.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your moving service booking with Commodityretail at any time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any non-refundable fees specified in your booking agreement. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees. These fees help cover costs associated with reserved equipment and scheduling. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Procedure

Refunds for eligible returns and cancellations will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return request and verify eligibility. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your moving date or service requirements, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate changes subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for significant modifications. Modifications requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur additional fees.

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include partial refunds, service corrections, or re-performance of services at no additional cost. All complaints must be reported within 7 days of service completion to be considered for resolution.
