Service Description

Commodityretail provides moving and transport services for personal and commercial belongings. Our services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and related moving assistance.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. Final payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods as agreed during booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their move, ensuring access to both locations, and being present during the moving process. Items must be properly packed or we can provide packing services at additional cost.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to: (1) use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, (2) transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, (3) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the security of our services, (4) use automated systems to access our services without permission, (5) impersonate any person or entity, or (6) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services or servers. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Commodityretail maintains insurance coverage for our operations. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for valuable items. Our liability is limited as outlined in our service agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commodityretail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization, unless otherwise required by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Commodityretail operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may result in charges as specified in your booking agreement.
